MTOT Practicum Description
After finishing MTOT and eMTOT courses, each provincial MTOT team will conduct MTOT practicum according to the planning of AWP. The practicum process not only greatly helps setting up the MTOT teams for each project pilot county, but also brings valuable opportunities for MTOT teams to apply the training experience and enhances their skills of effectively training village veterinaries and farmers.

The over-arching objective of such practicum is to increase the knowledge in delivery methods of the pilot county MTOT teams. More importantly it is to provide the opportunity to practice these methods in a real training delivery situation but with the feedback and support of the MTOT trainers.
