FOOD SAFETY TECHNICAL DOWNLOADS Training on Risk Assessment and Management -- Oct.13-Nov.3, 2007, Canada Executive Management Training #4 Seminar on Nutritional Labeling, Food Recall and Food Contamination Monitoring -- Dec. 12-14, 2006, Beijing Agri-food Supply Chain (Cold Chain) Training -- Aug. 29-Sept. 3, 2006, Canada Food Safety On-farm and Quality Management Slaughter Administration and Meat Hygiene Global Food Safety Forum(Beijing) -- Global Food Safety Forum(Beijing) was held on Nov 18-19, 2004. The agenda of the Forum includes: Establish and Improve China’s National Food Safety Strategy; Meet New Challenges of Global Food Safety; Promote Technological Innovation on Food Safety; Improve Food Safety Standards and Promote International Food Trade; Improve Food Safety Regulation and Legislation; Improve Farmers’ Awareness and Participation of Industry and Consumers in Food Safety System. Food Safety Laboratory Assessment Guidelines -- This section contains guides and checklists for the assessment of food safety laboratories from the Standards Council of Canada, as well as documents from JR Labs and the SFAGM Project related to their Food Safety Laboratory Design Mission. Proceedings of the International Food Safety Symposium -- The International Food Safety Symposium was held in Hangzhou on October 10th and 11th, 2003. This section contains abstracts and presentations from the Proceedings of the Symposium, on topics related to Food Safety practices in China, Canada, the European Union, and Japan. Executive Management Training Course -- This section includes downloads from the Executive Management Training course offered to 34 trainees from the Chinese government by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
