The Executive Management Training course was provided to 34 trainees from the Chinese government in two sessions, the first in November and December 2003, and the second in February and March 2003. Documents from the course are split into three groupings based on the weeks in which they were covered:
Week One -- Topics covered included the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, The World Trade Organization, Canadian Agricultural Legislation, Risk Communication and Enforcement Action.
Week Two -- Topics covered included Plant Health, Animal Health, Food Safety, CODEX, Fish Inspection, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Weeks Three and Four -- Topics covered included Biotechnology, Emergency Recall, Scientific Support, HACCP, and Case Studies.
